The service

FuelHawk surfaces UK fuel prices, forecasts, and personal tools (favourites, alerts, fill-up logs). Prices come from the UK Government Fuel Finder scheme and are updated approximately every five minutes. Forecasts are statistical estimates, not guarantees.

Price accuracy

Prices on FuelHawk reflect what retailers report to the Fuel Finder scheme and may differ from the price displayed at the pump. Always confirm at the forecourt before filling. FuelHawk accepts no liability for any difference between the published price and the actual price charged.

Forecasts and recommendations

Our "fill now or wait" guidance is based on historical wholesale and retail signals. We aim for high accuracy but do not warrant any specific outcome. You make your own purchasing decisions.

Your account

• You're responsible for the security of the email address tied to your account — sign-in links are sent there.
• One person per account; you may not share sign-in links.
• You must be 18 or over to subscribe.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to scrape data at scale.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.

Refunds

You have a statutory 14-day right to cancel and receive a full refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. After 14 days, subscription payments are non-refundable; cancellation stops future billing only. The full wording is on the refund policy page.

Acceptable use

Don't use FuelHawk to scrape data, attempt to circumvent rate limits, reverse-engineer the service, or build a competing product on top of our data. Don't impersonate others or upload unlawful content. We may terminate accounts that breach this.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FuelHawk's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you've paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profit, missed savings, etc). Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Government data attribution

FuelHawk contains data from the UK Government Fuel Finder service, used in accordance with that scheme's terms. Pricing data remains the property of the reporting retailers.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged in your dashboard before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be heard in the courts of England and Wales.
