02Do you store my card details?
No. Checkout and billing are handled end-to-end by Stripe. FuelHawk never sees your card number.
03What happens if I downgrade?
You keep your Member or Fleet features until your period ends, then revert to Reader automatically. Your saved vehicles, alerts, and history remain — we just stop charging.
04Is there a contract or commitment?
None. Pricing is monthly, rolling. Stop whenever the index stops earning its keep.
05Is VAT included?
Yes. £1.99 and £4.99 are the total you pay, UK VAT included. We'll email a proper receipt after each charge.
06What counts as a ‘route’?
A saved commute between two postcodes. Each route is monitored independently — we alert when the best-priced forecourt along it crosses your threshold.
